This is a handwritten copy of the Articles of Copartnership by which the Hillclimber Bicycle Mfgr Company set up the the production arm, the Independent Cycle Company, on September 25, 1903. To date, we have not discovered any public legal records of the Hillclimber Bicycle Mfgr Company, however, a great-grandson of Joe Muller, has retained a private journal which lists capitol and voting stock ownership in the company.(See Ownership)
